Kelly Bean is a nationally recognized expert in leadership and organizational development. She has held Dean and CEO roles in executive education at institutions including UVA Darden, UCLA Anderson, Washington University’s Olin (and WashU at Brookings), Emory, and Miami Herbert. She also serves as an independent director at Kepner-Tregoe and is the past chair of the board of UNICON, a global consortium of executive education organizations

Marco Serrato is Vice President of ASU’s Learning Enterprise, responsible for fostering learning pathways that serve learners across their entire lifespan and aligning initiatives university-wide. He has extensive experience in professional, executive, and continuing education across global contexts, and previously held leadership roles at The University of Chicago and Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is also a professor of practice at the Thunderbird School of Global Management and has published widely in international higher education.

Carissa Little is Associate Dean for Global and Online Education in Stanford’s School of Engineering and Executive Director of the Stanford Center for Global and Online Education, which operates Stanford Online. She leads the development and delivery of innovative online, in-person, and blended learning experiences for Stanford students and learners worldwide. With over 20 years at Stanford, she has guided the university’s evolution in digital and extended education from early distance learning to today’s global, technology-enabled programs.

Mike Malefakis is President of University Partnerships at Emeritus, bringing over three decades of experience in higher education. He previously served as Associate Vice Dean & CEO of Wharton Executive Education at The University of Pennsylvania, Associate Dean of Executive Education at Columbia Business School, and Director at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.  He brings deep expertise in designing and scaling collaborative education and credentialing programs.

Paul Marca is Principal at Parallax Global Advisors, where he advises institutions, governments, and corporations on strategy development in lifelong learning and education. Before founding Parallax, he spent 32 years at Stanford University in roles including Associate Vice Provost, overseeing Stanford’s continuing and professional education portfolio. He is active in professional education networks and speaks internationally on innovation, education, and strategy.
