The program is led by Julie M. Jungalwala, Ed.M.
Julie is the President of the Academic Leadership Group, where she focuses on leadership coaching, leading through complexity and change, and helping organizations unleash the potential of their people. Julie’s workplace skill-building programs have helped thousands of employees and managers step into their potential as leaders and increase the creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities of their teams.
Julie has taught masters-level and executive education courses in leadership and organizational excellence at the Harvard Extension School and Harvard’s Division of Continuing Education. She is a certified CliftonStrengths coach, a certified Stakeholder-Centered Coaching coach, and a regular contributor to the Forbes Coaches Council.
Julie graduated from the Harvard Graduate School of Education with a master’s degree in education, specializing in adult development, learning technology, and behavioral change. Her book, The Human Side of Changing Education, was published by Corwin Press in 2018. She is the recipient of the Donna Elder Inspired Leader Award (DEILA) and the Harvard Hero Award for outstanding contributions to the university.
